Made from raw materials in a small factory in Brooklyn, using timeless Japanese Makko blending techniques to offer an assortment of 22 hand- pressed incense cones. For a pure olfactory experience of Oud, Sandal, Palo Santo, Red Cedar & Piñon. Packed in air-sealed, recyclable tins, celebrating Incausa 10-Year Anniversary.

Pampa offers free shipping on all orders over $250. Orders under $250 ship at a flat rate, with both standard and expedited options available. All deliveries require a signature. We ship throughout North America—including the US, Canada, and Mexico—via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us directly for a quote.

Please note: Orders to Canada or Mexico may incur duties or taxes upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept returns for refund, store credit, or exchange on most items, as long as they're postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are available for cushions, throws, and Ready to Ship rugs. To start a return, please email us at help@pampa-us.com. Returns sent without prior email confirmation will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns and will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Final Sale Items: The following are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty: The Outlet items, Made-to-Order rugs, Pampa Prints, Wear, furniture, home rituals, and any discounted items (including during sale periods).
