For any spills on the leather, gently wipe the area with a barely damp cloth and allow it to air dry. To preserve the leather’s natural qualities, we recommend avoiding cleaning products, as they may alter its appearance and texture.

Please note: Our natural leathers feature a beautiful, raw, and undyed light color. With sunlight and use, they will naturally develop a rich patina, deepening in tone over time.

Pampa offers free shipping on all orders over $250. Orders under $250 ship at a flat rate, with both standard and expedited options available. All deliveries require a signature. We ship throughout North America—including the US, Canada, and Mexico—via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. For shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us directly for a quote.

Please note: Orders to Canada or Mexico may incur duties or taxes upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept returns for refund, store credit, or exchange on most items, as long as they're postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are available for cushions, throws, and Ready to Ship rugs. To start a return, please email us at help@pampa-us.com. Returns sent without prior email confirmation will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns and will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
